WHO WE ARE

MMF2024(24of384).jpg

At The Matthew Mark Foundation, we believe in the power of community, resilience, and the outdoors to foster mental well-being for youth and adults alike. Inspired by the spirit of two friends taken too soon, our mission is rooted in kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to the health of our community in Northwest Arkansas. We work tirelessly to create a supportive environment where every individual feels empowered and valued.

Our youth-focused clinics and events offer accessible opportunities for young riders to gain skills and confidence. With affordable, skill-based clinics designed to meet youth at every level, we focus on essentials like balance, jumping, and cornering, helping each participant progress at their own pace. Through these clinics, we aim to provide a fun, inclusive space that encourages personal growth and community connection.

While youth mental health is a primary focus, our mission extends to all participants. We believe mental wellness is a journey best undertaken together. That’s why we partner with local organizations and host group rides, giving kids and adults alike a chance to experience the joy of mountain biking in a supportive, judgment-free setting.

Every event, clinic, and coaching session is funded through generous donations and fundraisers, allowing us to keep our services affordable and accessible for everyone. By fostering resilience, connection, and joy through action sports, we aim to lower youth suicide rates and support overall community wellness.

Whether you’re joining us on the trails, supporting our work, or simply sharing our story, we’re grateful to have you along for the ride.
