Joseph Olivarez (President and CEO)

Founder of the Matthew Mark Foundation, Joseph has over a decade of experience in education, entrepreneurship, and leadership. His vision and dedication to empowering youth through outdoor activities serve as the driving force behind our mission.

 

Kialynn Olivarez (Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer)

Kialynn, with a long career in web and graphic design and currently an Art Director at Preferred Hospitality Inc., leads our branding and digital presence, ensuring our mission reaches and resonates with our community effectively.

Will Hoppe (Chief Compliance Officer)

Will has a long-standing career in compliance, serving as the Compliance and Legal Manager at Action Behavior Centers, the largest ABA therapy provider in the U.S. His expertise in compliance ensures our programs and practices meet high standards of integrity and legal alignment.

 

Greg Stefan (Chief Operations Officer)

Greg’s deep-rooted career in the automotive industry, where he serves as an operational consultant and CEO of Fleet Hail and Restoration, equips him with exceptional skills in operations management, helping us streamline processes and scale effectively.

 

Jason Dan (Chief Marketing Officer)

With a long career in marketing and previously the Director of Marketing for a large real estate firm, Jason’s expertise is crucial to growing our visibility and community reach, driving awareness of our mission and programs.

Kip Hajjar (Director of National Outreach & Sponsorships)

A devoted follower of Jesus, a dedicated father to three incredible children, and a lifelong advocate for perseverance and purpose. Though based in San Diego, Kip remains deeply connected to the mission of the Matthew Mark Foundation, helping expand its impact across the nation.

Barry Spires (Director of Facilities and Development)

Barry Spires brings extensive experience in facilities management and organizational development to The Matthew Mark Foundation. His expertise ensures that our physical spaces are safe, functional, and conducive to our mission, while his strategic insights drive sustainable growth and community engagement.

Collin Reedy (Director of Cybersecurity & Data Protection)

With a robust background in cybersecurity, Collin safeguards our foundation's digital assets and ensures compliance with data protection regulations. His vigilance and proactive measures protect sensitive information, maintaining the trust of our community stakeholders.

Jeremy Lessenberry (Creative Director)

Jeremy's creative vision shapes our foundation's brand identity and outreach efforts. His innovative designs and compelling storytelling enhance our visibility, resonate with our audience, and effectively communicate our mission across various platforms.

Scot Ripple (Director of Industry Partnerships)

Scot leverages his extensive network to forge strategic partnerships that amplify our foundation's impact. His ability to connect with industry leaders brings valuable resources and opportunities, fostering collaborations that advance our mission and benefit the communities we serve.

Sam Acar (Director of Programming)

Sam plays a key role in developing and leading the Matthew Mark Foundation's programs, ensuring they are impactful, inclusive, and true to the mission of fostering mental well-being through outdoor activities.
